Minely sells cloud-mining subscriptions — a service, not an investment product. Before you subscribe, please read this disclosure carefully. It explains, in plain language, why the Bitcoin you earn can be worth more or less than any figure shown in the app.

The short version: earnings figures are estimates, Bitcoin's price is volatile, mining conditions change, and you should never subscribe with money you cannot afford to lose.

1. Estimates are not guarantees

Daily and monthly output figures shown for each plan are calculated from the network difficulty, block reward and Bitcoin price at the time they are displayed. All three change constantly. Your actual accrual will differ — sometimes higher, sometimes lower — and past performance of any plan or period does not predict future results.

2. Bitcoin price volatility

Bitcoin's price can move sharply in hours. BTC you earn may be worth significantly less (or more) in your local currency by the time you withdraw it. USD values shown in the app are indicative conversions at the moment of display, not a promised exchange rate.

3. Network conditions

Mining output depends on factors outside our control: global hashrate and difficulty adjustments, block reward halvings, and network congestion. A halving or a large difficulty increase reduces the BTC produced by the same hashrate, including for subscriptions already running.

4. Service and operational risk

Mining infrastructure can experience downtime, maintenance and failures. We work to keep the service running and credit paid time lost to extended outages on our side, but no online service can promise 100% uptime.

5. Regulatory risk

Cryptocurrency rules differ by country and can change. It is your responsibility to make sure that buying mining subscriptions and holding Bitcoin is lawful where you live, and to handle any tax obligations on your earnings.

6. Custody and transfer risk

BTC held in your Minely wallet is recorded on our servers. When you withdraw, transfers on the Bitcoin network are irreversible — an incorrect address means the funds cannot be recovered. Keep your account credentials safe; anyone with them can request payouts from your account.

7. Not financial advice

Nothing in the app or on this website is financial, investment or tax advice. Minely does not recommend that any person buy a subscription as an investment. Consider your own circumstances, and if in doubt, speak to a qualified adviser.

8. Only spend what you can afford to lose

Subscriptions cost real money and the value of what you earn is uncertain. Never subscribe with money needed for essential expenses, and never borrow to subscribe.
