Delete Account

You can delete your Minely account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens when you do.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

• Open Minely and sign in.
• Go to Settings → Delete Account.
• Read the summary, confirm, and your account is deleted.

Option 2 — Delete by email

If you can't sign in, email help.minely@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". After verifying the request is really from you, we complete the deletion within 30 days.

Before you delete — please note

• Withdraw first. Any BTC still in your wallet when the account is deleted is forfeited and cannot be recovered. If your balance is at or above the 0.0003 BTC minimum, request a payout and wait for it to complete before deleting.
• Subscriptions end. Active subscriptions are cancelled when the account is deleted, without refund of the current term except where our Refund Policy or applicable law provides otherwise. If you have a Google Play subscription, also cancel its renewal in Google Play so you are not charged again.
• Deletion is permanent. Your referral link stops working and your earnings history cannot be restored.

What is deleted, and what we must keep

On deletion we erase your profile information, notification tokens and support history, and close your wallet. Some records — for example transaction and payout records — may be retained for a limited period where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Records already written to the Bitcoin blockchain (such as payout transactions) are public and cannot be erased by anyone.
